App visibility profile · Edition 1
Is TimePassages recommended by ChatGPT, Perplexity and Gemini?
TimePassages is the only app in our study recommended in both the consumer daily-horoscope segment and the professional chart-work segment — and the most stable across repeated runs.
Vandro Labs is a Generative Engine Optimization agency for astrology and spiritual wellness apps — we work on getting apps named inside ChatGPT, Perplexity and Gemini answers. We measured this app because knowing who the engines name, and why, is the job. What we do · Free audit of your app
The measured numbers
TimePassages was named in 22 of 50 audit runs: ChatGPT 8 of 17, Perplexity 5 of 16, Google Gemini 9 of 17. All runs were conducted in clean, non–personalised sessions between 26 and 31 July 2026.
Why crossing the segment line matters so much
Change the question from “best astrology app” to “best software for serious chart work” and the cast of recommended apps changes almost completely. TimePassages is the exception that survives the switch, which effectively doubles the number of questions it can win.
It was also the steadiest performer we measured: where other top apps dropped in and out of identical re-runs, TimePassages held across repeats. In a surface this volatile, consistency across re-runs is a more valuable asset than a higher headline number, and it is much harder for a competitor to take away.
How that compares
Three apps tied for first place in this edition — CHANI, The Pattern and TimePassages, each at 22 of 50 — followed by Co–Star at 19. Below that the numbers fall away sharply: fifth place was 8 of 50. The full category map is here, segmented by what the user was actually asking for.
How to read this responsibly. These are counts of engine outputs, not a judgement of the software. The engines are not testing these apps; they are summarising pages they can reach, and a large share of those pages are written by the apps themselves. An app absent from our runs is absent from our runs — nothing more.
Want this page for your own app?
We run the same question set on all three engines and send you the dated results in writing — including the questions where you do not appear, which apps appear instead, and the exact pages the engines cited to get there. Free, no call.
